Belinda Rodriguez is an experienced instructor, specialising in the equestrian disciplines of Vaulting and Working Equitation. In November 2015, along with daughters, Jasmyn and Savannah, she founded the Waimauku Vaulting Club, running the management and coaching. In 2019, Jasmyn was selected for the National Vaulting team and represented New Zealand in Europe at the Vaulting World Championships for Juniors.

In April 2020, Belinda co-founded Virtual Working Equitation, a format for developing Working Equitation in New Zealand. Since that time, she has been running frequent online competitions and managing educational resources gathering an increasing international following.

Having a professional analytical background, she maintains a huge amount of curiosity in studying horses, participating in webinars, investigative therapies, and modalities for equine well-being.
